Shipping and Handling

We strive to get your order to your door as soon as possible. We understand that time is valuable in the professional world and that speed, efficiency, and communication are vital to a successful business relationship.\ We therefore will make every effort to make sure you are informed about the status of your order.

Returns

We offer 30 day replacement guarantee on all orders. If any item in your order is found to be defective, simply contact us for an RMA number. Once the item reaches our warehouse and its condition and contents are verified, we will send out a replacement item back to you. Please note that items with missing parts or items that are damaged in any way cannot be returned. Shipping is not refundable. Only refuse a parcel if the shipping box appears damaged; any refused packages which are not damaged, as well as returned non-defective items, will incur a 10-20% restocking fee based on item condition.
